Belt Sizing

Reclining Dragon belts are measured from end to end. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size to allow for a traditional Kyokushin knot and longer belt tails.

How to Measure

  1. Wrap a tape measure around your waist over your gi jacket.
  2. Add approximately 120 cm / 47 in to allow for tying a traditional Kyokushin knot and leaving proper belt ends.
  3. Select the closest size from the chart above.

Note: Kyokushin practitioners often prefer slightly longer belts than other karate styles to allow for a traditional knot and proper presentation during training, grading, and competition.
